So there's this girl... or three...

So, I'm having one of those typical teenage girl problems right now. There's three girls that like me, and I like all of them back, but I can't decide which one to get with (I'm only gonna get with one, 2+ relationships is too much.) I dated the first one for 2 years and we've been separated for about 6 months now. I really love her, but there's been a lot of hurt between us in the past. The second one is the girl I'm taking with me to prom, she's really smart and cute and all that good stuff. The third one is this really sweet girl who likes to do stuff for me (cook, bring me surprises, etc...) and she's also really smart and cute. So, what do you guys think? Who would you choose if you were in my position?

  1. The first one is a mistake by default, forget her. Second sounds pretty good, but if you like gifts take the third. The fact that she(3) is willing to do this probably comes from a feeling of low self esteem and then she thinks she needs prove herself to you

  2. Yeah, I was kind of thinking the third one too. She's like everything that the second one is, but she has an interest in keeping me happy.

  3. You're one lucky man.
My advice is to just take it slowly and not rush through it. Enjoy what you have that others don't have (points to himself)

  4. I really don't see how this is a "typical" problem, guys usually call a problem finding themselves one girl that likes them back, let alone 3! That said, I don't see much difference between girl #2 and #3. Girl #1 is a double-edged sword: in your position I'd feel a lot safer if I got into a relationship with a person I'd been knowing for a lot of time, but if things have already started to mess up then you might just want to start everything from scratch. Just be aware that in 9 cases out of 10 even the most stable relationship eventually gets into some kind of trouble you'll have to face. So just don't expect things to always go smoothly with any girl in general. That said, the choice is yours to take. And don't forget their looks: as cynical as it may sound, one of the worst things you can do is settle for someone you don't feel 100% attracted to.
